Shipping policy

Joykey offers free standard shipping on orders over $75USD within the continental United States. For domestic orders under $75USD, we charge standard USPS rates, and items are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Expedited shipping is available at extra cost, please choose the shipping method you prefer on the checkout page. We do ship to countries outside the US; however the buyer is responsible for all customs, VAT, etc.

How is shipping calculated?

For orders that do not quality for free domestic shipping, our rates are USPS Priority Mail, up to 31.75kg. For orders outside the continental United States, we ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL, depending on the country, using the shipping company’s standard rates based on item weight.

When does my order get shipped?

All orders are shipped either the same day or next day. Orders placed Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Orders placed before 11 am Monday – Saturday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 am will be shipped the following day.

How is my order shipped?

Your order will be carefully packed with proper foam or other packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping restrictions

  • Shipping company might not leave packages in open areas (apartment or condo complexes).
  • We currently do not accept C.O.D.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with carrier and tracking information. You may also email us at with your name and order number.

Return Policy

Joykey wants you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you want to return your product, here’s what you need to know.

Please note the following items are ineligible for return:
  • Customised Merchandise
  • Refurbished / Open Box Merchandise
  • Special Group Buy or Deep Discount Promotion Deal
  • Used Parts & Accessories
Requesting a return merchandise authorisation (RMA)
  • All requests for returns must be made within 30 days from the date of your invoice.
